When will I receive my order?
The estimated delivery date is displayed on each product page above the “Add to bag” button. This date accounts for both production time and shipping speed.
- Track your order: Click “View your order” in your confirmation email for real-time updates.
- Note: Estimates apply to U.S. orders. Weather or carrier delays may occasionally impact arrival times.
If your order is delayed. The estimated delivery date shown when you order includes our production time. If we learn that we cannot ship your order within the time we stated (or, if we did not state a time, within thirty (30) days after we receive your order), we will notify you by email of the revised shipping date and give you the option to consent to the new date or to cancel for a prompt full refund, as required by law.
Multiple items in one order
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on availability. When items ship together, the order will follow the later estimated delivery date. If items ship separately, you’ll receive tracking information for each package.
U.S. Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days (from ship date).
- Expedited Shipping: Available for eligible items at checkout.
- Important: Expedited shipping shortens the travel time but does not speed up the time needed to personalize or prepare your item.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries. Enter your address at checkout to confirm we ship to you. Prices and shipping are charged in your local currency.

- Duties and taxes (United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and other destinations): Import VAT, GST, duties, and carrier disbursement fees are imposed by the destination country and can change. Any such amounts that we collect at checkout will be shown before you place your order. We do not control, and do not warrant, charges a customs authority or carrier may assess on arrival. - Tracking: Tracking updates often stop once the package leaves the U.S. and is handed over to your local postal service.

Every piece is covered by our Five-Year Limited Warranty, subject to the coverage, exclusions, and claims process in Section 8 of our Terms of Service.
